It does not seem to work on licenses due to protection.

1 – Enable / Disable (1/0) – The minimum amount of money (never falls below the specified one) (the orange subsection is responsible for this same amount).
2 – Enable / Disable (1/0) – Endless move.
3 – Enable / Disable (1/0) – Recovery of the squad after the battle (even if they kill some unit).
4 – Enable / Disable (1/0) – Minimum parameters of commanders / naval commanders / agents (Authority, zeal, cunning, claims) (the orange subsection is responsible for this same amount).
5 – Enable / Disable (1/0) – Maximum age (does not rise above this mark) (the orange subsection is responsible for this same amount).
6 – Enable / Disable (1/0) – Minimum order in cities (never falls below the specified value) (orange subsection is responsible for this same amount).
7 – Enable / Disable (1/0) – Mercenaries during recruitment never end.
8 – Enable / Disable (1/0) – Infinite actions of agents.
9 – Enable / Disable (1/0) – Troop recovery in 1 turn.
10 – Enable / Disable (1/0) – Protection against exhaustion and loss in deserts.
11 – Enable / Disable (1/0) – Provinces grow with each turn.
12 – Enable / Disable (1/0) – Get all provincial levels at once.
13 – Enable / Disable (1/0) – Immortality in battle, both for land battle and for sea.

What is highlighted in red is used only if you select the commander / naval commander / agent, go to the “details” section (key 2) and select the section -> “general information” after which, in this section (in the cheat engine), information on this character will appear:
Section “About the Army”:
1 – The amount of army experience.
2 – Tradition Points.
Section “General information”
3 – Skill Points
4 – General experience.
Character parameters:
5 – Ambition.
6 – Charisma.
7 – Cunning.
8 – Zeal.
9 – Authority.

Run like this:
We launch this cheat-engine table, launch the game, load a company or start a new one, it doesn’t matter.
Altable, select Rome2.exe in the processes

We answer “Yes” to the question that appears..

Next, click on the area highlighted in red. A cross should appear there.

If it is installed, the version of the game is suitable, if not, it is sad, and the following points are not for you (unless you closed the script that has already worked, then you need to restart the game).

We return to the game, go to the faction menu (further 2 screenshots are not mine, no idea how to make them in this game)
