Inzoi Cheats: Free Money, Move Objects & All Console Commands

Inzoi cheats are enabled through the Psycat Guide menu in Live Mode — press Ctrl + Shift + C to open the console, then type your command and hit Enter. The money cheat is now addMoney [amount], and the move objects equivalent is simply holding Alt while placing furniture. Several commands from launch have been renamed or restructured since early access updates, so if something stopped working, the list below reflects what’s current as of early 2025.

Fair warning: Inzoi is still in early access, and some cheat categories — particularly needs and relationship commands — are known to cause pathing issues or minor system errors. The commands listed here have been verified as functional. Anything unstable or unconfirmed is flagged.

How to Enable Inzoi Cheats

Before any command works, cheats have to be manually switched on. The option isn’t visible from the main menu — you need to be inside Live Mode first.

  1. Start or load a save and enter Live Mode with a Zoi selected
  2. Click the Psycat Guide icon in the lower-left corner (the book with a question mark)
  3. Select Enable Cheats in the lower-left of that panel and confirm the warning
  4. Press Ctrl + Shift + C to open the console command window
  5. Type your cheat and press Enter

The console window can be opened and closed freely — doing so doesn’t disable cheats. Once enabled for a session, they stay on until you quit or reload. You’ll need to re-enable them each time you launch the game fresh.

Inzoi Money Cheats (Updated Commands)

The original Psycat money shortcut is gone after the cheat system overhaul, but adding funds is straightforward with the new commands. Mew is the standard household currency; Purr Coins (sometimes listed as Meow Coins in the UI) are the premium currency tied to major gameplay milestones.

Replace [amount] with any number — addMoney 50000 drops 50,000 Mew directly into your Zoi’s account. There’s no cap documented in testing, though very large values can occasionally cause display glitches in the finance screen.

CommandEffect
addMoney [amount]Adds specified amount of Mew to the household
addMeowCoin [amount]Adds Purr Coins usable in the Meow Store
stopUtilitybills true/falseHalts all incoming utility bills
autoUtilitybills true/falseAuto-pays bills without requiring manual action

If you’re short on funds early on, pairing addMoney with stopUtilitybills true removes the ongoing drain entirely. Useful if you want to build freely without the financial loop eating into your design budget.

Move Objects and Furniture Placement

There’s no typed “move objects” cheat in Inzoi — but you don’t really need one. Holding Alt while placing furniture bypasses the collision restrictions that would normally block overlapping items. That “furniture cannot overlap” message when you try to hang a painting next to a desk? Gone. You can clip objects together, stack decorations, push furniture flush against walls without clearance complaints.

This shortcut works across all properties after the cheat and modding update, not just the home lot. That’s a meaningful change from the earlier build, where Alt placement had limited scope.

One thing to watch: free-placing structural elements near doorways or staircases can confuse Zoi pathfinding. They’ll occasionally clip into misplaced furniture or refuse to route through a room. Not game-breaking, but worth keeping in mind if your Zoi suddenly stops going to the kitchen.

Building and Gameplay Cheats

These extend what you can edit beyond your own lot. editAllSite is the standout here — it lets you modify any property in the world, which opens up serious creative possibilities for reshaping neighborhoods. Roads remain locked regardless.

Heads up: editing locations outside default build boundaries can interfere with NPC routines and scripted events tied to those spaces. Use sparingly on community lots unless you’re prepared for some weirdness.

  • unlockDoor true/false — Your Zoi can enter through any door, including locked or inaccessible ones
  • editAllSite true/false — Full edit access to any property except roads
  • showStudioCategory true/false — Place Build/Buy objects on any property, not just owned lots

showStudioCategory combined with editAllSite is essentially a full world-editing mode. Together they’re the closest Inzoi currently gets to The Sims’ free-form neighborhood editing — more powerful than either command alone.

Teleportation and Time Cheats

Teleportation in Inzoi skips the command line entirely. Hold Ctrl + T, then left-click anywhere on the map to send your Zoi there instantly. Clean, quick, no coordinates required.

There is a coordinate-based teleport command in the system, but it’s inconsistent enough in early access that it’s not worth documenting yet — targeting specific rooms or floors produces unpredictable results. The Ctrl + T method handles 95% of what you’d actually use teleportation for anyway.

  • Ctrl + T + left-click — Teleports active Zoi to clicked location
  • goHome — Sends Zoi directly home regardless of current location
  • timeSpeed [number] — Sets gameplay speed; 0 is default, maximum confirmed value is 30

timeSpeed 30 is particularly useful for skipping through needs decay or waiting for scheduled events. Set it back to 0 (or just 1) when you want normal pacing back. Running it at max continuously tends to desync some background systems over a long session.

Weather and Seasonal Cheats

Season and weather commands use plain-language IDs rather than numeric codes, which makes them easier to remember than most console systems. The controlWeather command takes two parameters: a weather type and an intensity level from 1 to 4. Lower values give lighter conditions; 4 is maximum intensity.

  • changeSeason [Season ID] — Accepted IDs: Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter
  • setSeasonLength [days] — Default is 7 days; set lower for faster cycling, higher for longer seasons
  • controlWeather [Weather ID] [Level] — IDs: Sun, Cloud, Rain, Snow — levels 1–4

Some examples worth knowing: controlWeather Snow 4 produces a heavy blizzard condition, while controlWeather Sun 1 gives light overcast rather than full sunshine — counterintuitively, Sun at level 1 isn’t as clear as Sun at level 3 or 4. The intensity scale seems to represent activity level of the condition rather than purely brightness or precipitation volume. Worth experimenting with before locking in a season.

Changing the season mid-day takes effect immediately, including visual transitions. Pairing changeSeason Summer with setSeasonLength 30 is a reliable setup if you want a stable warm environment for extended building sessions without seasonal interruptions.

Zoi Customization and ID Cheats

This is where the command system gets more technical. Several customization cheats require a Zoi’s unique Entity ID rather than their name — and some only function on NPCs or non-player Zois of child age or older. Commands targeting player characters directly are more restricted.

Start with showZoiInfo true — it overlays each Zoi’s Entity ID and current coordinates on-screen. That ID is what you feed into customZoi and removeZoi.

CommandEffectNotes
showZoiInfo true/falseDisplays Entity ID and coordinates for all ZoisRequired before using ID-based commands
customZoi [Zoi ID]Opens CAS for the specified ZoiChildren and older only; not player characters
removeZoi [Zoi ID]Removes (kills) the specified ZoiIrreversible without a prior save
JobPromotionPromotes active Zoi one career levelCan be used repeatedly
stopAging true/falseFreezes aging for your Zoi
immortalZoi true/falsePrevents all Zois from dyingApplies world-wide, not per-Zoi
freezeAllNeeds true/falseFreezes needs for your active Zoi only
freezeAllNeedsSystem true/falseFreezes needs for all Zois simultaneouslyCan affect NPC scheduling
stopCleaning true/falseDisables autonomous cleaning behavior
cureIllnessRemoves current illness from active Zoi
addIllness [illness ID]Applies specified illnessIDs: Disease_Cold, Disease_Sneezing, MotionSickness

A few things the table doesn’t capture: immortalZoi true is a global toggle, meaning NPCs won’t die either — that can stack up quickly if you’re running long sessions and the population isn’t cycling. freezeAllNeedsSystem sounds great but does interfere with NPC daily routines, since their schedules are partially needs-driven. If you notice NPCs standing around doing nothing after enabling it, that’s why.

The illness IDs are limited right now — only three are confirmed working. Community testing suggests additional illness IDs exist in the game files but aren’t triggering correctly via console as of the current build.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do Inzoi cheats disable achievements?

Yes. Enabling cheats disables achievement tracking for that session. If you care about unlocking achievements, keep a separate save file without cheats enabled.

Why isn’t my cheat command working?

Check capitalization — some commands are case-sensitive (e.g., addMoney not addmoney). Also confirm cheats are enabled via Psycat Guide before opening the console. If a command worked previously and now fails, it may have been changed or removed in a recent patch; Inzoi’s early access updates have already modified several commands since launch.

Is there an Inzoi cheat for relationships or skills?

Relationship and skill cheats exist in the game files, but they’re among the least stable in the current build — triggering errors or broken social interactions in testing. They’re not listed here until they’re consistently functional. Expect these to be addressed in upcoming updates.

Can cheats be used in multiplayer?

Inzoi’s multiplayer component has separate restrictions and cheat availability may differ. Console commands as documented here apply to single-player sessions; behavior in shared worlds is not confirmed.

Will these cheats still work after future updates?

Given that Inzoi already renamed and restructured commands once during early access, further changes are likely. Commands are accurate as of early 2025 — check back if something breaks after a major patch, as the console system is still actively being developed.
