Find the “DefaultLevelChart.ini” file in the game folder (by default: C: \ Program Files \ SEGA \ Alpha Protocol \ APGame \ Config \) and make a backup copy.

1. Increase the level of available AP and the maximum skill ceiling.
Find a line similar to:
LevelChart (MinXPNeeded = 0, APGained = 30, SkillCap = 4, SpecialSkillCap = 4)
and change it to:
LevelChart (MinXPNeeded = 0, APGained = 500, SkillCap = 10, SpecialSkillCap = 15)
Save the file. Now, when you move to a new level, you will receive 500 AP, and you will be able to raise skills to level 10, and special skills to 15.
2. Edit damage, armor, recoil, etc..
To do this, open the file “DefaultDamageTypesData.ini” and find the items you need in it. For example, to change the damage of tranquilizers, you need to change the lines:
APGame.APDmgType_Traquilizer
BaseDamage = -100
ArmorPenetration = -100
3. Change the requirements for available achievements.
To do this, edit the “DefaultGame.ini” file and look for the lines:
APGame.APRPG_AbilityManager
and

For instance:
PerkAcquisitionRequiredCount [0] = 25; Demolitions Expert – Kill this many enemies with Explosive Grenades.
Change the value to 1 and the skill will unlock after the first kill:
PerkAcquisitionRequiredCount [0] = 1
