I did this. Opened the HitmanBloodMoney.ini file in the root folder with notepad and typed EnableCheats at the end. Then I unpacked this trainer into the root folder.

Launched the game. During the game, I logged out to Windows using the ALT + TAB command. I went to the root menu of the game and selected the EnableHitman1.2Cheats.exe file and clicked on it. I went back into the game and Olya !!! Button C works.!
