give – get an item (example “give mp 40”)
give all – get all items
give health – replenish health
god – invulnerability
notarget – enemies don’t shoot at you
noclip – walk through walls
give weapon – get a weapon
give ammo – full set of cartridges
cmdlist – list of ALL commands
ufo – flight mode
map # – go to map #

If this does not help, then try starting the game with the parameter:

or create a .bat file (simple txt file, but with the bat extension), for example CoDSP.bat, write in it:
CoDSP.exe + set thereisacow 1337 + set developer 1 + set sv_cheats 1 + set monkeytoy
and, putting it in the folder with CoDSP.exe, start the game with the file CoDSP.bat
