You may look differently if the game is installed on a different disk or in a different folder. After that, click “OK”. Now, after starting the game, when you press the tilde key (~ or Е in the Russian alphabet), a console will appear for entering commands. Enter the console and first of all enter the master code: cheats beloooowwww … I had to enter this main master code only once. After that, you can check if the codes work: press ~ again and write the command? (A NORMALLY ENTERED and WORKED CODE CHANGES COLOR TO YELLOW.
