To patch the file, you need any HEX Editor (I recommend – HxD).

1: Launch the HEX-Editor program.
2: Open the file from the game folder with it DUKE \ SYS \ DUKE_BASE.DLL.
3: Go to the desired offset, change it to the code we need and save the game file.
P.S – For those who do not know, the last digit or letter in the offset means a line in the code.

Invulnerability:
Offset: 00078FC8 Code: 74 is replaced by 75

Eternal weapons:
Offset: 0007D8C9 Code: 74 replace with 75

Pistol has no reload:
Offset: 000552F4 Code: 40 is replaced by 90
