Peaceful villages: at Far Harbor (3 and Longfell’s Hut), in the Commonwealth (17, including Minuteman Castle and Bunker Hill). Dance is in the Starlight Restaurant. It’s better not to meddle with BS partners and raiders.
Minutemen: Preston Garvey is in Century. Sean at the Minutemen Castle.
Far Harbor: on the completion of the quests “Better not to remember”, “This is how the atom wants”, “The wind of change”
Quest “The caretaker’s best friends” (check) – shows on the map the location of all possible GG partners (except Preston).
