Unpack the archive anywhere with WinRar or 7z
PS: Do not copy the files from the archive to the game folder, otherwise they will immediately be banned
Run inject.exe then the game, or vice versa. 

REQUIREMENTS :

To enable the cheat menu, you need:
1) Unzip to any folder (but not to the game folder)
2) Run Infamous.exe
3) Start GTA V

For those who have errors popping up!

1) Check that you have disabled UAC (user account control, google for help) + You can add the folder to the exclusions of your antivirus (this is at your discretion)
2) Delete old cheat files (if any) for GTA 5 from all places where you copied or installed
3) Remove old versions of Visual C ++ Redistributable 2013, Visual C ++ Redistributable 2015, NET Framework 4.x
4) Download again from the links and install Windows components in this order (do not forget to look at the bitness of your x64 or x86 system):

1.NET Framework 4.5.2 (Windows Vista – Windows 10)
2. Visual C ++ Redistributable 2013
3. Visual C ++ Redistributable 2015 (Basically, all the problems because of it)
