This mod changes the prices for all purchased items in the game and charges you an amount (does not subtract!) Ten times the default price.

Before this mod, I did exactly the same only for the mobile version of the game (you can find it on w3bsit3-dns.com in the GTA SA theme for Android), its development has been discontinued.
Installation:
Put the file from the archive into the data folder of your game directory.
