Population growth of cities and external dwellings – 99, health and price 10-80.

Removed the requirement for an additional resource for all cities to recruit level 7 creatures.

Scripts are immediately activated when you start a new game.

It is recommended to use together with the Mod Cities not rubber (so that the population does not go into negative after a couple of years), which is included in the Vogue assembly and its activation is configured in the Wogification options (restrictions and complications).

Use optional scripts only separately from the main ones!
