Go to the start menu and press:
Triangle, Triangle, Square, O, R1, O, R2, X, X.
This code allows you to have all weapons at a given level.

Additional mission and alternate ending:
During the Requiem sequence, at the end of the game, where Agent 47
goes to rest, keep turning the left analog stick,
while the credits roll and play the secret level.
Complete the level and see an alternative ending.
