Unpack the archive, move the CheatsMod folder to the mods folder in the game folder.

If there is no mods folder, then create it. Then start the game, go to Settings / MODs, select the CheatsMod mod, click on the right arrow and click Apply. For normal operation, you must start the mission again. After removing the mod, it will be impossible to continue the mission and it will have to start over.
