You can change the name in the “config.lua” file you are must have such line: EnableNameSpoof = true, to activate your fake name.

Disabled delay between shouts.
All DLCs, masks are open.
No penalty for killing civilians.
Instant interaction.
No recoil, no scatter.
No pause when connecting a player.
1 hit kill with melee attack (except bulldozer).
No timer.
