Drop the contents of the archive into the mods folder in the root directory of the game, in the main menu go to options, tab <<моды>>, double-click on <>, press the “apply” button.   

If you don’t have a mods folder, create it yourself.

In the game itself, a tab with a menu will appear on the right edge.
