In the archive you will find a universal bat file that allows you to select the required experience multiplier.
Installation.
1) Download the archive and unpack it in Witcher 3 \ content \ content0 \ bundles.
Steam version: C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ The Witcher 3 \ content \ content0 \ bundles
2) Run the InstallXP bat.-file.
3) Done. Author’s increase in experience will give twice more experience from completing quests and three times from killing monsters.
How to make the experience multiplier even higher on your own?
By default, this mod changes the experience multiplier from killing monsters to 3 times and from quests to 2 times.
If you want to change this, you must edit the exp_mods.CSV file which is inside the InstallXP folder.
Example:
You want 6x multiplier from monsters and 3x from quests.
To do this, open InstallXP \ gameplay \ globals, inside the latter is the exp_mods. file in CSV format “

Next, you need to open the exp_mods.CSV file with any text editor (Notepad, Notepad ++) and change the values:
Kills; Quests
3; 2
on those
Kills; Quests
6; 3
Then save the file.
Next, you need to return to The Witcher 3 \ content \ content0 \ bundles again and run InstallXP.bat.
So you changed the multiplier yourself.
Deleting.
1) Run UninstallXP.bat.
2) If there is anything extra, remove the files from Witcher3 \ content \ content0 \ bundles. Although a simple use of the bat.-file should be enough.
