Gage bags
First, let’s search the parking lot next to the electronics store, there are 2 bags:

Not far from the parking lot, behind the electronics store, right behind the pipe is a package:
We go further along the alley and find a bag lying on a reel:
We are in no hurry to leave, there is another one next to the coil:
Next, we find a bag next to the escape door (there is no screenshot yet, but it will appear soon)
We rob a grocery, and break the jackpot (3 bags at once)
Near the entrance:

We leave the grocery store and head to the alley across the road, in the alley next to the trash can there is a bag:
We go further down the street and find a bag under the bench (next to the ATM, I have NO ATM, because DIFFICULTY 4 SHARP)
We go to an antique store, and go to the service building, there are 2 bags waiting for us:
We leave the room and head towards the ticket offices, next to them there is a back entrance (or exit, not the point) there are again 2 bags
and opposite it:
we leave the store (through a door or window, as it is more convenient to whom)
And next to the back door is a bag:
Opposite the previous bag there is a showcase with a service room of the cafe, we break the showcase and there is a bag on the table:
We leave the cafe (as it is more convenient to whom it is more convenient) and in the alley next to the shop window there is a fence, next to which there is a package on the boxes:
We head further along the alley and next to the trash can and boxes is the last bag:
