This is the perfect save for modders, etc. If you want to take this save as a base, then it is perfect for you, because I personally went through the whole game on the legend. There are 3 estates, Ozernoye, on the white coast, and near Dawnstar.

A lot of Daedric artifacts and unique armor and items are collected in the lake estate. Whiterun has a son and wife, Isolde. Each estate has a steward.
