Dodo is in the cave on the right side of the map, duke is in the desert where Los Santos Customs is.
Duke can be obtained after you complete the first mission on the tow truck, but Dodo I don’t know, check this cave more often.
How to install:
– Follow Docs / Rockstar Games / GTA V / Profiles / (Your Profile)
– Copy and replace files SGTA50000 and SGTA50000.bak
(you may need to rename these files if you already have files with the same names)
