2) Because the game, in fact, has already been completed, you have access to the entire bureau, but at the same time, getting into places that still need to be closed for you according to the plot, bugs appear, such as lack of lighting, underused locations. Example – if you go directly to the lower floor of the service department, it will be completely dark. This is due to the fact that when you first hit this location, the effect of reverse fading should work, getting to another floor the script does not work.
