Baron died, Ciri in Nilfgaard, Geralt alone, Lambert with Keira, Ivasik with Sara, wizards from Novigrad in Kovir, Killed the bastard, Baron is dead.

I didn’t kill one Doppler and a succubus, almost all the elixirs, except for the seagull. the full moon is not yet maximum. Oils are great against all kinds of enemies
No doppler, succubus, ancient goblin, troll decoction.
Not completed (hanging) “The most dangerous criminal on Skellig” and a couple of more buggy quests.
Visited all places in question, collected all loot. 
The cards were collected by everyone except “Zoltan Chivay”  

Essentially saving to start a new game.
