Hello everybody! For the lazy, cheaters and perfectionists, I post my save.

Start of the game, in front of the hall.
Collected all weapons, grenades, a lot of ammo and resources.
All necessary drawings, drawings are in good order. (See screenshot)

I couldn’t find the save editor, but I found a wonderful table from SunBeam, only thanks to her I was able to do this job:

In this save: Quests are not beaten, doors are not open, notes / transcriptors / other are not picked up.

Triggers were not activated, dialogs lost less than a minute.
