Completed all add-ons, all skills by 100, there are almost all perks karma seems to be neutral.
I do not know if the location of objects is saved in the file, but in the house in the megaton there is a lot of swag in the backpack, too, and in front of the entrance to the megaton there is an alien (dragged with the “Z” button).
