Saving is done before choosing which faction to play the final for, all 4 factions are available. Saving is done without cheats. A level 30 character, t-51b armor that does not belong to any faction, there are a couple of cool barrels in the inventory + in the secret apartment of the brotherhood there are a few more buns in one of the boxes.
