I post my save, the freshest one. You can start a new game with ALL skills, fully pumped weapons and all costumes.
The skills have been hacked – starting the New Game + you are offered to choose one of three paths with the appropriate skills.

There are also all DLC skills (even from The Path Home).
I did not collect all the documents and relics – my goal was to pump everything for the New Game+.
I don’t know how the save will behave on pirate or on litsuh NOT with all DLCs, since I have DLC skills open, but if you don’t have DLC … Who knows.
Last but not least – if you download the save, then you know where to put it.
