you can choose any technology at the research stage, you already have them all
when you use the mod, everything will be unlocked at the beginning, but the tech tree will still show all tech nodes as they haven’t been researched. I suggest that you simply scroll to the end of the tech tree and select “evolving technologies” as your research target so that you don’t have to tackle new (and pointless) research for the entire game..
