AND CHANGE THEM TO:

USET G_CONSOLE “1”
USET G_DEVELOPER “1”
USET G_POLICE “1”

Save the file. This Will Allow You To: Access The Console ([~] Key), ENTER THE DEVELOPER MODE AND DISABLE THE POLICE. To Enter Cheat Codes, Use The Console:

Cheat Money – +500.$ 000
Cheat Driver – Get An Arbitrary Driver
Cheat Rating ## – RAISE THE COMPANY’S RATING (## – TWO-DIGIT NUMBER FROM 01 TO 23)
