Open File DefaultWeapon.ini In The Game Folder (“Unrealengine3> Mohagame> Config”) NotePad.
Find and Go to the String EXPPOOTISLEL1 = AND CHANGE THE VALUES FOR EXPPOOTISLEL1 =, EXPPOOTINTSLEVEL2 = And EXPPOOTINTSLEL3 = 1, 2 and 3.
T.E WAS LIKE THIS:

EXPPOOTINTSLEVEL1 = 25
ExppoOintslevel2 = 50
EXPPOOTINTSLEVEL3 = 100

After IT SHOLD BE:

EXPPOOTINTSLEL1 = 1
EXPPOOTINTSLEVEL2 = 2
EXPPOOTINTSLEVEL3 = 3

Save and Run The Game. NOW Your Weapon Will Be Upgraded After 1, 2 And 3 Murders, Instead of 25, 50 and 100, Respectively.Add a Parameter To the Command Prompt to Start The Game-enableconsole“.
