Installation: we throw the files chel.txt and pes.txt into the Root folder of the game. In any of our settlements, we call the console by pressing the “~” key. Enter: bat chel (or bat pes) and press Enter. A settler or a dog from the landfill appears. We go to the construction mode. We mark the target with the mouse, press “R” and move where necessary.
