It looks like Rockstar made a clumsy attempt to thwart 2k drops – after picking up 60k of the dropped money, the game crashes. However, this cheat came out that seems to have protection against this.
Using:
– Start GTA 5, find a location with a lot of people (I suggest a pier with a ferris wheel) and open the cheat (for Steam, run it as administrator).
– Use Numpad + and Numpad- to adjust the drop speed. There are 13 speeds in total, above which pedestrians do not fall: 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 10, 20, 40, 80, 320 pedestrians per second.
– Start walking in circles to prevent the game from crashing. To do this, hold down AS / SD, put weights on these buttons, you will figure it out yourself.
– PROFIT

This cheat can be configured using ini files, but who cares? Among the functions there is a change in the amount of money picked up (alas, no more than 2000), raise the teleport point of pedestrians, drop off the drivers and change ALL the money lying around, setting it to 2000. By the way, there are a couple of ideas on how to make the drop more even:
– Start “Survival”: crowds of AI-boobies shoot at you, but do not reach, teleporting and dropping money to you.
