Open the file defaults.ini file in the main dir with a normal editor and look for
Independence War 2: Cheat Codes (English) Free Download
developer_mode = 0
and change it to
developer_mode = 1
Then open the file default.ini in the / configs folder and look for the cheat key section and add these lines:

Keyboard, I, CTRL, ALT

Save and start the game. You now have 3-keys-combinations with the corresponding effect. Please use this carefully, espaecially the destroyer thing.
