The console is called with the (~) key:

Cheat codes

toggle_sites – on the global map, reveals all movement points (under the question mark)

set_ap (amount) – on the tactical map adds action points to the character under the cursor

set_wp (amount) – similar for willpower

set_traits – gives special abilities (resets the ability reload counter)

unapply_status 1 – removes negative effects (stun, freeze, mind control, etc.)

Cheat Codes on the tactical map only affect the character the cursor is pointing at!
