The mod makes it possible for free recruitment of all units from the Rome Total War game in the imperial campaign, when recruiting mercenaries, in all provinces of the map.

drag the contents of the archive along the path
C: \ Program Files \ Rome.Total War.Gold Edition \ data \ world \ maps \ campaign \ imperial_campaign
with the replacement of the descr_mercenaries.txt file.
bugs:
all units except the Romans and mercenaries do not have original icons (a peasant with a knife is depicted) – perhaps you need to somewhere, fix or add something, but this is too tough for me yet.
