Old Good Stalker Mod: Clear Sky 1.6 The mod is conceived as an attempt to return the gameplay and atmosphere to the game that you would expect from the original game, but a lot of it turns out to be raw and unworked or completely cut out.

Initially, no purely gustatory innovations or genre changes towards realism or role-playing games are expected. The purpose of the mod is solely to bring the game to its utmost fun and consistency without reworking the main concepts of the developers and the original balance, as far as possible and tact was enough for the authors of the mod.

Depressive Zone 1.2 (DARK ZONE) Mod replaces all vegetation in the game with dead, dry and leafless. The weather is almost constantly cloudy, foggy and rainy. The sound environment has also been corrected in such a way that it feels like everything around has died out and frozen. The mod is fully adapted for the latest version of OGSM CS, but you can install it on a clean game.

Major changes:
1. Introduced freeplay mode after the end of the plot.
2. The location of the Dungeon of Pripyat is returned and introduced into the passage of the game.
3. Completely redesigned the final episode of the game at the Chernobyl NPP.
4. Completely reworked the episode of flooding the Agroprom Dungeons.
5. Scientists returned and introduced into the game.
6. Returned all cut monsters and added new varieties.
7. Added about 100 cut and new NPC visuals.
8. Added about 20 quest items that can be found when freely exploring locations.
9. Added about 15 new weapons with new calibers of ammunition.
10. Added about 30 armored suits, visuals of which are present in the game.
11. Added several new artifacts and a general rebalancing.
12. Implemented the removal of armored suits from the corpses of stalkers.
13. Returned the loss of parts of monsters.
14. Introduced respawn artifacts on anomalous fields (© Pavlov).
15. Hunger returned.
16. Introduced sleep in a sleeping bag.
17. Completely redesigned content and descriptions of caches.
18. Completely redesigned the concept of flash drives and mechanics in the direction of increasing the player’s freedom of choice.
19. Rebalanced the characteristics of all weapons, ammunition and upgrades.
20. Replaced the voice acting of all weapons with a better one (© MulleR, Mongol).
21. The stealth component of the game has been expanded by adjusting the characteristics of sounds.
22. Added about 100 exclusive entries and descriptions with Scar’s personal PDA.
23. Added about 20 exclusive legends with new NPC dialogue.

Depressive Zone 1.2 (DARK ZONE)
– Added the probability of the sun appearing.
– Added running clouds texture for cloudy weather and corrected for rainy weather.
– Fixed bug with missing mip-maps in changed vegetation textures.
– Removed two previously added but low quality dried herbs.

OGSM CS 1.6 Patch Fix List – Version 1.6.1 (Build 120910 Patch 1)

1. Added functionality to all backpacks in the game that could not be used.
2. Replaced corpses with unique weapons for backpacks to avoid their disappearance.
3. The bullet resistance of the body and head of the NPC has been verified, depending on the armor worn.
4. Reduced the value at which the bleeding of HH starts.
5. Fixed bug with damage when jumping.
6. Fixed a bug with the death of the Shooter at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, which does not allow to complete the story passage.
7. Fixed crash “Can’t find model file ‘actorsstalker_neutralstalker_digger_1_1.ogf”.
8. Fixed crash “Can’t find model file ‘actorsstalker_mercstalker_merc_5.ogf” when trying to put on an armored suit of mercenaries.
9. Fixed crash “Can’t find model file ‘actorsstalker_freedomstalker_freedom_7.ogf” when trying to put on the Freedom armored suit.
10. Fixed crash “Can’t open section ‘wpn_sig550_up2′” when joining the Freedom grouping.
11. Fixed a possible crash like “[LUA] [ERROR] ERROR: Insufficient smart_terrain jobs mar_smart_terrain _…”.
12. Fixed a possible crash like “[LUA] [ERROR] ERROR: Treasure name […] is not set in xml file” when receiving a tip on a cache by introducing a common patch (© lvg_brest).
13. Fixed a bug with invisibility of wire mesh and camouflage mesh on some ATI video cards (© MacroN).
14. Fixed bug with invisible sun rays on some ATI video cards (© Sky4CE).
15. Fixed a bug with the neutrality of stalkers in an ambush in the Red Forest.
16. Fixed a number of errors in the weapon recoil settings.
17. Fixed a bug with bending wires in models of exoskeletons, and also returned cut animations of exoskeletons with characteristic plastic movements.
18. Fixed mismatch of voices with visuals in gas masks, there was no muffling effect.
19. Fixed a bug with the volume of sighs when waking up from sleep.
20. Fixed a number of incorrect wording in the texts of the mod.
21. Fixed the inconsistency of the Yadulin visual to its icon, it looked like a standard health check.
22. Fixed inconsistency of the bump of the SKAT-9 body armor with the texture itself.
23. Replaced the sound of SR-3 “Whirlwind” for a more appropriate.
24. Removed the guide of scientists on Yantar.
