Step 1: Enable “some item pointers” and “[highlighted inventory item]”
Step 2: Open inventory and hover over an item that can be bought or easily replaced
Step 3: Change the +0, +4, + c values to the respective code value here in this list
Step 4: Close and open your inventory to see the new item
Step 5: Buy or obtain another “useless item”
Step 6: Repeat Steps 2-5! : D
