“Sim.ini” located in C: \ Program Files \ SSI \ Silent Hunter II \ Sim

And add the following lines to the end of it:

[ULTIMATION]
cheat = TRUE

Now during the mission just press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [~]
and as a result – successful completion of the current mission.
