You can give 100k to your friends.
You can teleport.
You can get 100k every 10-15 if you teleport to the finish line.

Instructions:
1. Open the cheat table with Cheat Engine 
2. In CE, select the game process (gta5.exe)
3. Press F7 to open the cheat
4. Press F8 to confirm the warning
5. Press F6 to change the race reward to 100k
6. Start a race of improvisation

If you received money, then just create a finish point and teleport. (F5)
If you give money to a friend, then have him register as VIP / CEO and create a finishing point.
If your friend can’t register as VIP / CEO, then just let him win the race.
