One. CREATE A NEW PROFILE IN THE GAME (FOR EXAMPLE: ALL_LEVELS)
2. Get Out of The Game, and Finder With Your New Profile, and In IT – The Folder With Checkpoints (Default: \ Documents and Settings \…\ My Documents \ My Games \ Halo \ Savegames \ All_levels \ Checkpoints)
3. In This Directory, Create A File Checkpoint0.SAV With the following the following:

0,0,0
0,0,0

4. Repeat The Procedure Until You Receive 10 Files WITH THE CORRESPONDING NUMBERS FROM Checkpoint0.SAV Before Checkpoint9.SAV And in Each Change The First Digit of the First Line, Respectively, Levels:

0 The Pillar of Autumn
1 Halo
2 The Truth and Reconciliation
3 The Silent Cartographer
4 Assault On The Control Room
5 343 Guilty Spark
6 The Library
7 Two Betrayals
8 keyes
9 The Maw

For example, for the 9th level “The Maw” You Need to Change the Checkpoint File.Sav So That It Looks Like This:

Five. Run The Game, Select The Campania (“Campaign”) and “Load Game” in the New Profile). NOW YOU HAVE ACCESS TO ALL LEVELS OF THE GAME.
