This file changes the cost and speed of construction of units, buildings, improvements (both general and personal).
BUT! Some defense buildings are not affected, as are fountains and statues. It also does not apply to the catapults of Gondor (speed 1 second, price 1000)
It also changes the maximum number of units in the campaign and battle by 10,000. There will be about 5,000 against you..
The file also makes the heroes of the side you chose almost gods (increased health and damage done).
Installation instructions.
The archive contains three folders: good (campaign of light), evil (campaign of darkness), original.
We choose whom we will play for and select this folder. From the folder we transfer INI to the root folder of the game with a replacement.
