The mod activates all the Geralt skills that you learn, without the need to transfer them to the mutagen cells.

But you can still transfer skills to these cells in order to receive bonuses from mutagens.
Installation: Move the “modElysAllSkillsActive” folder to the “Mods” folder (if not, create it), which is located in the root folder “\ mods \”
Deleting: Just delete the “modElysAllSkillsActive” folder

Conflicts with mods modifying the “PlayerAbilityManager.ws” file
