He took the mod on the weakened Huns as a basis. Basically, it just increased the faction debuff. Huns have -100% to economy, + 300% upkeep of troops, recruitment, replenishment and morale are also reduced. Set a movement penalty of 100, although I did not check this item.
In the end, I tried to make sure that the campaign map did not look like a doomsday map. Huns are now whipping boys (in any case, they should be), on which you can calmly pump your generals.
