I had to make a crooked, but working mod myself. Its essence is that at the 2nd level the character receives 150 points of abilities.
Checked for licenses on Steam, everything works fine, all abilities work.
Installation:
1. Unpack the archive into the game folder
2. We write in the launch parameters of the game (Steam): -nomovies -dev -modname “SKILLSDOW2” (for pirates, you need to write this in the game shortcut)
3. The result will be seen after the 1st mission
