It is best to turn on “noclip” and turn off gravity before moving the anarchist to the top of buildings or underground. You need to turn off these functions close above the surface, but while the fall animation is active, otherwise the anarchist will die. All hotkeys are also listed in the “Table Extras” in the lower right corner of the CE.
