Note:
In this save, there is a bias towards relations with Blackwall (by default, starting from the hideout, regardless of flirting with other characters). If you want to romance without any problems with the rest of the above characters, then just talk to Blackwall and break off the relationship. Otherwise, companions will complain that you already have someone, and some of the dialogues will not be available.
