This is the most complete preservation of all available. Completed the game on Legend and Expert difficulty levels with the “Silent Assassin” and “Shadow” status. All things are completely open (except for bugged ones, maybe opened after the patch, I did not look for them (5 pieces), but they do not affect the game process in general).

All weapons are open and absolutely everything is modified to the maximum (otherwise the equivalent of 100% would not have been obtained, see screenshot). All clothes are open, all kill techniques are obtained.
