For updated \ beta version:
Copy SaveData.sav to C: \ Users \ * name * \ Documents \ My Games \ HotlineMiami with replacement. Go into the game and you can either start from any chapter or start a new game.
For the original (old) version:
Copy the files achievements.dat and saves.dat into the game directory (I have it Steam \ steamapps \ common \ hotline_miami, but maybe you will have it differently) with replacement. Go into the game and you can either start from any chapter or start a new game.
