I must say right away that everything described below applies to both characters (i.e. pumping, inventory, etc.).
At the moment, the best save, and will remain so for a long time. Completed the game, completed the New Game +. All notable secrets have been found except for Dragon Tears.

All abilities are pumped to the maximum. Almost all talents are pumped to the maximum (except for a couple requiring Dragon Tears).
Weapons and armor are also the best. Here I will explain: if you collect all the significant secrets, you can eventually find a crystal bow / crystal sword. It’s powerful and looks like the best in the game. But this is NOT THAT crystal weapon that is given at the beginning of New Game +. This is much better.
In-game codes / cheats are also open. They are activated for me, tk. broke it was the second time to pass honestly. To disable (or choose what you like) go to the Special Features -> Extras column from the main menu of the game.
All levels and checkpoints are open for passing, choose what you like and play.

The save should be placed in My Documents -> My Games.
