instruction (for vista / win7):
1) Go to the folder: C: \ Users \ username \ Saved Games \ Ascaron Entertainment \ Sacred 2
2) Copy the files s2sdec.exe, s2sdec_chest.exe and Sacred2CharacterEditor.exe to this folder
3) Run Sacred2SaveGameEditor
4) Select the save file (for example hero01.sacred2save)
5) We make changes to taste
6) Save, we get the edited save
