Seth tested on several bosses (including the moonlord). Moon Lord generally folds in less than 30 seconds (this is according to my calculations)
When using, I recommend using summoning staves for extra DPS
Also, when fighting a boss, keep in mind: you always need to buff and enter invisibility to increase damage / DPS / crit chance.
