A clean save, on Skyrim LE, played without mods, the plot was not touched, DLCs were not touched, only the thieves guild was completed, I used only one command in the console to marry Ingun Black Heather (because she is cute :)) In my pocket somewhere 20,000 gold + Windstad estate rebuilt (Tan Hjalmorka).
